Instructional Design Process:
This section outlines the design journey and key documents used to build thr resilience microlearning series. The aim was to create an evidence-based, trauma-informed learning experience for adults seeking emotional balance and stress regulation. The instructional design process followed backward design principles, starting with the end goal, resilience, and aligning all content and strategies to support that outcome.
Needs Analysis:
The goal of this microlearning project is to provide learners with a clear path toward emotional progress they can actually see and feel. Many adults struggle to meausre their emotional growth or know if their self-regulation strategies are working. This 10-day series was buildt to address that gap.
Through sturctured, trauma-informed lessons paired with data-informed progress tracking, and reflection, learners experience “real momentum”, not just information. The intention is to create small, achievable mindshifts each day that accumulate into measurable emotional resilience over time.
