The Still Point Framework is a systems-level instructional alignment model designed to help educators move from scattered supports to intentional access. Through Clarity by Design, educators use formative evidence to identify each learner’s foundational access point, select an instructional access pathway that matches the skill demand, and design a bridge toward grade-level learning. The goal is not to replace curriculum or lower expectations, but to align Tier 1 instruction, SDI, and classroom practice so learner growth can be seen, supported, and measured.
