The Framework

The Still Point Framework is a way of thinking before acting. It slows the rush to fix the most visible problem and creates enough space to find the condition underneath it.

The movement

Gather → Narrow → Find the Still Point → Identify the underlying condition → Choose the aligned move → Implement → Review the Ripple → Return to new evidence

Gather — collect what is known without rushing to judgment.

Narrow — separate signal from noise and identify the patterns that matter.

Find the Still Point — locate the smallest place where accurate movement becomes possible.

Identify the underlying condition — name what must be true for progress to occur.

Choose the aligned move — select the smallest response that fits the actual condition.

Implement — carry out the move with clarity and care.

Review the Ripple — notice what changed, what did not, and what the response set in motion.

Return to new evidence — begin again from what the system now shows.

The goal is not to produce a large response. The goal is to make an accurate move.

The framework is still developing. Alignment is the proposed central idea, while some working terms remain under review. This site will name that development honestly rather than presenting an unfinished theory as settled.
