Clarity by Design: Instructional Design Portfolio

This project demonstrates my ability to apply project management principles within an instructional design context. Throughout this experience, I worked as part of a collaborative team to design, develop, and refine a complete training solution from initial concept through final deliverables.

Key components of this project included conducting a needs assessment, developing a project charter, creating a work breakdown structure (WBS), building a Gantt schedule, and producing an instructional design document. These elements supported a structured and organized approach to managing timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.

Working within a distributed team strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, collaborate across varying schedules, and adapt to shifting project roles and expectations. This experience reinforced the importance of communication, flexibility, and accountability in successful project execution.
